ENCORE BOTIQUE RESORT – PHASE II

The resort is set within the Sahyadri mountains, overlooking Mulshi Lake, Pune and is designed as a contemporary tropical retreat inspired by Balinese architecture. The design draws from the site’s natural features, including the mountains, lake, stream, and existing mango tree, using them as key focal points. Planning is guided by views and orientation, ensuring each space connects with the landscape. Pathways and built forms follow the natural flow of the site, creating an immersive experience. The overall approach is sensitive to the terrain, working with the contours and preserving the site’s ecological character.
